I visited because of acne scars and freckles. The head consultant who handled my consultation was kind. I had gone in with the wrong understanding, but she corrected the misinformation and recommended procedures that would be good for me. There was no hard selling, and she even said it would be okay to visit other hospitals if I was worried. The doctor was also extremely kind and performed the procedure very carefully. As for the results, maybe because I wasn't good at aftercare, I couldn't really tell much difference. If I go at an awkward time, there are too many people, so even though I had a reservation I kept waiting.
