I only had double eyelid surgery by buried suture here. But it kept coming undone, so it seems I ended up doing buried-suture only several times. The price was cheap, and they only did it under local anesthesia. At first the line was natural and pretty, but the durability was lacking The chief doctor's convictions are pretty strong, so you can trust them and go ahead with it. But it comes undone way too easily. In the end I had incision surgery, but it only left a scar. My eyes still look like the crease has come undone haha....
