Only the person doing the consultation was kind. It's a factory-style clinic, so the staff are so busy that they often forget things. I'm on my 6th laser hair removal session and the effect is not great, but acne treatment was effective. The staff and doctors are unfriendly and busy. There are lots of machines and the facility is nice. It's close by and cheap, so I go often. I wouldn't get anything important done here.
