This is a completely factory-style hospital. If you don't make a reservation, you can't even get a consultation at all. I think they gave me a cold roller before Botox, and there were so, so many people that even with a reservation I had to wait a long time. The consultation was over in less than a minute, and the procedures are done in a factory-like way.
