Feels like they don't recommend unnecessary things. If something can't be done, they say it can't be done. They schedule consultations too tightly, so if you get the timing wrong you may have to wait a long time. The manager has over 20 years of experience, so the manager also feels professional. It doesn't feel like a hospital that pressures you to book on the same day or pushes events and promotions, so it feels like they really focus only on surgery.
