First of all, when going around to different clinics, there are quite a lot of cases where even after arriving at the reserved time, the place is crowded and you have to wait a long time. At [Clinic A], though, they started right on time, taking me straight from the clinic manager’s consultation to the chief director’s consultation. After taking a CT scan, they looked at the images and clearly explained only the key points in an easy-to-understand way—what my current condition was, how it could be improved, whether the asymmetry could be corrected, and so on. They even lifted it with a cotton swab and shaped it to show me directly what the expected postoperative appearance would be, and they answered my questions sincerely.
