No overcorrection by the chief director. Three people around me had surgery here. They were accurate about whether something could or couldn’t be done, and they said that for my eyes, lower blepharoplasty would do more harm than good. The clinic manager was extremely rude. Out of all the hospitals I’ve visited—including plastic-surgery clinics, internal-medicine clinics, and Korean medicine clinics—this was top-tier in rudeness. They were so angry that I wondered if I had done something wrong. I don’t know whether things have changed now, but even though I’d like to go back for another consultation after all this time, I’m too afraid of the rude staff to go.
