I visited this place after researching in person, and once I got there, it felt less like a factory-style clinic than I had expected. When they called the day before to confirm the appointment I had made a few days earlier, they said I might not be able to consult with the doctor. But when I arrived, I waited about 15 minutes and consulted in the order of coordinator > doctor > coordinator. I had been fixated on the idea that it was large and factory-style, so I expected the consultation to be rushed, but they explained everything one by one and didn't pressure me with questions about whether I had anything else to ask, so I could ask comfortably. The coordinator was very kind and answered all my repeated questions patiently, even though I was anxious. The doctor was not overly warm, but explained everything seriously and calmly. I had been most worried about this place, yet ironically I liked the consultation here the most. They also explained whether functional rhinoplasty was possible, and as soon as it was deemed possible, said the clinic could prepare all the documents needed to request private insurance reimbursement. (Though other hospitals probably do this in most cases too.) The facilities also looked clean, probably because the place is large and the spaces are clearly separated. The consultation was professional, they tried to accommodate my needs, and they firmly said no to things that were impossible or unnecessary, which I really liked. I had been worried about this place, but unexpectedly it became my favorite and left me satisfied.
