I didn't have any particular conversation with the doctor, so I gave a 3-star rating. As for consultation expertise, the manager explains things well first. They explain as kindly as possible based on what they know, and the staff are just okay! I gave 3 stars for the hospital facilities because after the laser treatment, you go somewhere else for soothing care. I gave 3 stars for surgery expectations because it was laser treatment, so I didn't really have high expectations to begin with!
