I had surgery because there was a lot of cheekbone-area fat. The manager was kind first of all, and in my case there was a lot of fat, but the bones were also big. The fat definitely decreased, but because the bones were so big, I didn’t see a dramatic effect. It was done under local anesthesia, and I think it was less scary than I expected.
