Both the director and the chief manager gave good consultations. The director didn't try to steer me toward extra procedures and spoke realistically. He gave me realistic comments like how if I had the surgery I wanted, other things would start catching my eye too. The chief manager was very kind and had an aunt-like feel, which I liked.
