The director himself seems stern and to have a firm aesthetic standard. When I said I didn't want canthoplasty, he said it could still be done without it (though from other reviews, it seems they do recommend canthoplasty quite a bit). At first the manager recommended canthoplasty, so I was a bit taken aback; looking at the other people who had appointments, quite a few seemed to be older.
