A Thermage procedure should be customized one-on-one, but they just did it without anything like that... There was absolutely no detailed consultation. The staff were nice, but the doctor was really rude. It's not a cheap operation, it's a procedure that costs several million won. I think kindness should be the baseline. I wish they would do procedures that also reflect the patient's requests. I wasn't very satisfied after the procedure either. Even if Thermage is like that, the results of the other procedures were just so-so I have no intention of coming back.
