I had a nose filler procedure, and that evening it felt pretty tight and painful. I woke up while sleeping to take painkillers... They said the filler they use has large particles, so there is no need to worry about side effects and it is safe, but I was never shown the actual filler solution. It's been quite a while now and it has all gone away, but honestly if I went back, I don't think I'd do it again..
