The director was kind and the surgery is satisfying. I had been worried a lot about the scar, but that worry is gone, and I'm happy. The director was kind, and the staff guided me kindly as well, which I liked. Everyone was very professional, so I had decided based on very little information, but I'm glad the surgery outcome is good.
