It definitely felt kind of factory-like? The waiting time was ridiculously long. Even if I made a reservation, there were many times I had to wait over an hour. On days when I only got hair removal, it was fine, but on days when I also got whitening toning, it really took the whole day. Still, I was satisfied after the procedure, so I can kind of understand it at least ㅜㅜ
