One director, the chief director. He is meticulous. Really, lifting is honestly about sincerity. The device is the same anyway. You've learned a lot of manual technique, so you'll become an even better director than you are now. The staff friendliness is top-tier. If you expect the effect to be visible in one shot, that's being too greedy. But I did feel it.
