I usually avoid lifting procedures because I’m afraid they’ll hurt, but I visited during a promotion so it was cheaper and I got it. They say the effect is greater if you get it steadily many times, but I was short on time so I could only get it once, which was disappointing. The pain was tolerable, and I didn’t see a dramatic effect. Maybe if I had gone several times, the effect would have been better. The facility is also clean and fairly close to my home, so I’m thinking I’ll visit whenever there’s a promotion and compare.
