When I thoroughly researched several plastic surgery apps, this place looked like the best in Busan, so I went for a consultation. The staff weren't especially warm, but they weren't unfriendly either. Still, among hospitals in Busan, they were on the kinder side. The person who seemed like the coordinator was the kindest and very easygoing. When I had a consultation with the director, it was definitely kind, and the consultation and communication were very much patient-centered and active. The facility is clean since it hasn't been open long, but it's not very big. The director's preferred surgical style is a somewhat flashy straight line style, so it would be good to know that going in. I wasn't too happy with the nose line after surgery, but they do seem to handle follow-up care well.
