I had the surgery, and by my standards my nose looks too high and too pointed. There may be people who like that, but I’d prefer it to be a bit more natural. It would be better if it were adjusted to suit my face. It seems they also do custom silicone these days. The doctor is really kind and personally checks every part of the recovery.
