The fact that they didn't push unnecessary procedures made me trust them. The doctor seemed honest and kind. I mentioned that my droopy nose was a complex of mine, and he said his own nose is a little droopy too and even showed me his nose haha. I liked that he spoke in a way that made it feel like he could do it if I wanted, but it wasn't something I absolutely had to do. I also remember the staff being kind.
