The hospital facilities were good. White and spacious. I’m not sure if it was for the website or not, but they took one photo and then I had the consultation. Based on that photo, they checked my current eye condition and kept looking at whether the double eyelid line suited me and what style matched me well using a stick to shape the eyes. When I consulted with the doctor, he clearly said that I probably wouldn’t need eye muscle correction, but later when I consulted with the manager, they said I should get eye muscle correction. The manager went back to ask the doctor again, and said that yes, eye muscle correction was what the doctor had recommended.... That part felt a bit odd. The manager was kind, which was nice, but another employee at the front desk kept grumbling... They kept complaining to another staff member, saying, “Why hasn’t that person who made the earlier reservation come?” I had to keep hearing that while waiting, so it was a bit hard. The price was good because it was cheaper than other hospitals.
