Just like other specialized clinics for procedures, you don’t see the director before the procedure; you go in after consulting with the consultation director. I got Fraxel laser treatment, and it was inexpensive, and the results were better than I expected for the price. The downside is that I couldn’t talk with the director even once, so I went straight into the procedure and couldn’t properly convey the things I wanted.
