The director is really kind and meticulous. They didn't recommend any excessive procedures, and I had a Shrink consultation and procedure in a comfortable atmosphere. My biggest worry was hollow cheeks, but thankfully that didn't happen. They kept checking throughout the procedure to see if I was uncomfortable with anything. After one session, I can't really tell whether my jawline changed, but my butterfly zone feels tighter and my makeup sits more smoothly.
