I got treated there 3 months ago because it was near my house. The price was also cheap. The manager was kind too. There were several staff at the info desk, but they were chatting among themselves. I had already told one staff member, but another one asked me again.. repeating haha There weren't even many customers, but it felt like they weren't communicating with each other.. It didn't feel systematic.. The doctor and the manager were kind, and they also made the procedure comfortable. When it was time for my Botox cycle, I searched and saw that the hospital name had changed. Anyway, they treated me well, so I'm planning to go again. The facilities were really pretty, parking was convenient, and it was nice.
