I was looking for a place near my house to get acne treatment and hair removal, and first of all, the staff at the hospital were very kind. Acne care is something like extraction and such, and it was just normal if anything; there was nobody who was rude or anything like that. When I got laser care, the director came and talked to me too, and it was really fun. However, when I got the hair-removal laser, they said it wouldn't hurt, but it did hurt a bit. I read online that other hospitals apply numbing cream when doing hair removal, but they didn't apply any, so it hurt a lot.
