I went for a consultation because Director Lee Seung-hyun was said to be very thorough, and he really was very meticulous, plus the consultation was long so I was satisfied. When I made the reservation by phone, I’m not sure if it was a front-desk staff member, but she was unbelievably rude. She got angry after she herself had made a mistake speaking. Don’t you train your staff?... I was upset. Also, the hospital is in a building with an English academy, so there are a lot of people, and after surgery I think it would be awkward to take the elevatorㅠㅠ There were so many people getting on and off that even though there were three elevators, waiting for one was annoying. And the hospital is on the 12th floorㅠㅠㅠ
