This is my 2-month review after arm HUMPF. The swelling has gone down a lot now, but some fibrosis-like firmness still remains, so when I look in bright light I can see a bit of unevenness. I got the straight shoulders I wanted, so I'm very satisfied My arm circumference was 29 on the left and 28.5 on the right, and now both are 26. Visually the right side seemed thicker, so when I told the clinic, they measured it and said both sides were the same, which put my mind at ease When I raise my arms, the flabby parts that used to dangle have mostly gone away, and I guess there is still some loose skin left, but...
