The doctor is kind. Even when I go just to get diet pills prescribed, they always want to look at my face and explain things before prescribing appetite suppressants. There are many places that just hand over a prescription, but that makes this hospital trustworthy. They answer questions even about procedures they don't do at their own hospital.
