I waited 20 minutes because surgery wasn't finished, then had my consultation. As soon as I went in and mentioned double eyelid surgery, they said it seemed like I didn't need it. Once they said I didn't need it, there was nothing else to talk about after that;;; They marked the line, but it felt like they marked it with all the swelling still there, which made me back away.. It seems like customers keep coming because there isn't a plastic surgery clinic in Mokpo.
