When I bit my upper and lower teeth together, they targeted the bulging area and were good at recommending whether to add more volume or whether it was the right time to inject now. They would say to add more when it needed more, and before that they would say there was still a bit left and that I didn't need to inject yet. Overall it was pretty good, so I've been going there regularly.
