This is a hospital that closed down after a series of incidents. Years ago, when philtrum reduction surgery was not widely known, it was known as one of the few hospitals offering philtrum reduction... I consulted there and even paid a reservation deposit for surgery, but luckily I got the deposit refunded before they closed.
