I went here for a consultation. First of all, the nurse was so kind and nice. But the doctor was a bit... During the consultation, they did seem professional, which was good, but when they showed me photos of surgical results, they showed pictures that honestly would be burdensome for anyone to look at and asked if I could handle it. How could anyone handle looking at photos like that.... So my expectations for surgery dropped a lot.. They only talked about what they wanted to say and showed me celebrity photos, but when I didn't even look at the photos and said no, honestly I felt extremely humiliated... The nurse was so kind and nice but I couldn't see a men's restroom here.
