This post is written for the public good. 11 years ago, when I was a student, it was Lee Jong-hee Plastic Surgery; at the time I paid 2.7 million won. It worked much, much worse than a friend who got double eyelid surgery in the neighborhood for 300,000 won, so the school teachers picking on me was an everyday thing. I even had my eyes done three times elsewhere, but there is no improvement.
