The hospital name has changed now. The hospital access was good, and I really liked that the product was opened in front of me, and that the doctor was kind and the procedure was professional. The doctor explained things well during the procedure too, so it felt trustworthy. However, before the procedure I wanted to consult with the doctor, but due to a communication error I couldn’t, and when I explained the situation to the head coordinator (I’m not sure of the exact title, but the staff member who does the consultation), they said that in my case there was no point in seeing the doctor..^^ I was taken aback.. I wasn’t even asking for an additional procedure or anything, but I was only told there would be no extra procedure even if it didn’t work and to come back in 4 months.. Everything else was good, but because of the staff response, next time I’ll probably just go somewhere else.
