I went for a consultation because I wanted nose surgery. The doctor explained things in detail and at length, which I liked. But I wanted a natural nose that would suit my eyes, and they seemed to mainly do showier designs, so I passed. The overall surgery time seemed long, which made me feel like they looked at things very carefully, so I liked that, but it wasn’t the design I was after, so I passed.
