I asked for a female director, but there were often cases where a male director would be substituted, and I remember feeling a bit offended. They wouldn’t even tell me in advance; they’d just come in unilaterally and inform me afterward. I don’t know if it’s still like that, but the front desk staff weren’t friendly either. They just kind of handled things roughly. If the price is still cheap, it might be worth going, but in an era with so many factory-style dermatology clinics these days, I’m not sure.
