I visited because I saw a discount for flat warts. They only do the face, and they said there would be an extra charge if it exceeded a certain number. They recommended Aqua Peel, so I got Aqua Peel and flat wart removal. It's been about a year and I'm satisfied. The disappointing part is that the person who consulted me insisted I had a lot on my neck too and told me I absolutely had to treat it, but when I recently went to another dermatology clinic, they said there were only about five spots.
