My nose bridge is low and my nostrils show a lot at the tip, so I have a long nose complex. I went in to try the procedure as a test because of that complex. At first I only wanted fillers, but the consultation manager strongly recommended a procedure that ties the tip of the nose with thread as well. I asked for the filler amount to be kept to a minimum. I did nose-tip tying + nose-tip filler + bridge filler. For exactly 3 days I was extremely satisfied, but after that the thread at the tip of the nose snapped hard. Then the filler at the tip spread to both sides, making my nose look bigger than before. It lasted for about half a year before I had it dissolved, but the filler hardly dissolved at all.
