A place that treats customers' time like trash. Even if they set the appointment time themselves, you end up waiting at least an hour. On the day of surgery alone, I waited two hours. If that's the case, why even set an appointment time?? A hospital whose attitude changes before and after surgery. You're paying a lot of money to have your body touched, so go to a place that at least treats customers properly... The counseling manager lies so naturally that even she gets confused by her own lies; it's a strange hospital where lying is routine. The choice is up to you, but if my family said they were going, I'd pack them a lunchbox and try to stop them.
