A few years ago I had hump nose osteotomy, smoothing, and silicone + ear cartilage for bridge and tip lengthening. At the time of surgery I thought it was okay, but as time has passed it looks too high, and people around me say my face seems to have changed, so I'm thinking about revision surgery.
