It used to not be like this, but at some point it changed and became like a factory-style hospital. Since then, instead of getting the procedure after consulting with the director, you get consulted by the chief manager and then go straight into the procedure. It was the same even when I asked about something other than chin Botox. Even when I specifically requested a consultation with the director, they just gave a half-hearted explanation as if they didn’t want to do it and ended it.
