I've been going here for over a year, and they gradually started recommending more and more aggressive treatments. In the end, my skin barrier was completely wrecked. The doctor is kind and fairly meticulous. But there are times when he treats too aggressively without considering the condition of the skin. The manager is kind too, but keeps pushing packages too much. When they're busy, the front desk staff take over, and after Fraxel they peeled off a healing wound by rolling over it, leaving a deep dent and a severe scar. I never went back after that.
