I had the entire nose done with costal cartilage, and my nose really became huge like a man's nose. It turned into a big bulbous nose.. The scar where they took the costal cartilage out is also huge, and my columella is crooked too, so I hate everything about it. I still don't understand why they used costal cartilage all the way up to the nasal bridge.. I really regret not just doing it with silicone
