I know there are many places like that elsewhere too, and maybe it's only like that for Botox, but I'm not sure whether other procedures are the same. For Botox, the consultation isn't done directly by the doctor. The consultation manager explains the price and side effects, and if you decide to get the procedure, the doctor only gives the injection. From reviews on other sites, it seemed like they do a lot of hair removal.
