I consulted with the director, and even though we talked for a long time, they explained everything carefully without showing any annoyance. It’s probably because it was an expensive surgery, but anyway, I was satisfied. The consultation manager was kind in tone and expression, but there was a bit of pressure to pay the reservation deposit and set the surgery date.
