I was busy, so I consulted and made the reservation through KakaoTalk and haven't met the doctor yet. But the consultation director was very kind and helped me with the surgery booking smoothly. They explained in detail what I needed to prepare before surgery and checked everything for me. They contacted me again a few days before surgery through KakaoTalk and carefully explained the precautions once more.
