Personally, I prefer a place that's kinder even if it's a bit more expensive, but after searching around and coming here because of YouTube, the reception desk staff and the manager were the only ones who were really kind. They were all praise and compliments. I was fooled by just the manager.. Of all the dermatology clinics in the Gangnam area I've been to, this one is the least friendly. Especially if you came after watching YouTube, don't expect the doctor to explain things in a kind tone. They explain everything in a flat, annoyed, unfriendly way, with no expression at all, and it's over in 30 seconds to 1 minute. When I carefully asked whether Ultherapy would make me lose cheek fat, they said, 'That's what they do here and here If you don't like that, you shouldn't do it.' So rude. I don't know why they suddenly got so aggressive. The staff too, from their expressions to their tone and actions, even when I asked just one question instead of many, it felt like they were all half-hearted, bothered, and tired. The one time they made a mistake on my face and then apologized was when they were nicest Even though this is a private clinic with no overlapping patients one-on-one, please keep in mind that you don't feel cared for at all by the doctor or the assistants. + Added on 2023-08-12. They said the swelling bumps after the neck procedure would disappear in 1 to 2 weeks, but mine stayed until the end of 3 months. I kept wondering whether to remove the filler while always wearing turtlenecks and zip-ups, but even now it's only noticeable to me, so I just left it in. Please keep that in mind.
