It's been about 2 years since my surgery, and the doctor in charge was kind, but the coordinators and the people at the counter were unfriendly. Even when they were removing my stitches and I said it hurt, they just snapped at me and kept pulling them outㅡㅡ The facility and environment were top-notch at the time because it had only just opened.. if not for that, haha.
