After seeing a post from someone who went in for consultation for arm liposuction, I can roughly guess what the consultation atmosphere was like. Clinics that mainly do procedures, or plastic surgery clinics without a board-certified plastic surgeon, tend to be less aggressive about surgery, but the director here seems aggressive and frank.^^ They do consult on the event package you originally booked, but when I said I had other concerns too, they recommended solutions for those as well (the ones they thought would work). It's also true that they tend to push additional charges beyond the event price. The director speaks in a decisive, confident tone and says things like the effect won't be enough or it's too weak. But the consultant manager and staff were courteous by basic standards and not pushy, so I think it would have been fine even if I had said I only wanted the event procedure. The reason I chose another clinic instead after considering this one was that it had only been open for a few years and there were too few post-procedure reviews. Medical staff attitude after treatment is what really matters, not just during the consultation.
